Silver Companions™ provides virtual companionship services. All Silver Visits are conducted through our approved Silver Companions™ platform.

A Silver Companion will never ask or encourage a participant to meet in person or arrange a private meeting outside of Silver Companions™.

Silver Companions should not ask participants to continue their relationship through personal phone numbers, personal email addresses, private social media accounts, messaging apps, or other personal communication channels.

If you would like to contact your Silver Companion or have a question about a visit, please communicate through Silver Companions™ using our approved contact methods.

A Silver Companion will never ask a participant or family member to send them money, lend them money, purchase gift cards, make an investment, pay a personal expense, provide banking or credit card information, or make a financial contribution directly to them.

Silver Companions should also never personally solicit gifts from participants or their families.

Payments for Silver Companions™ services should only be made through our official payment methods.

We encourage participants to enjoy conversation and share only what they feel comfortable sharing.

Please do not provide passwords, banking information, credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, account access information, security codes, or other highly sensitive information during a Silver Visit.

Silver Companions™ does not need this information in order to provide companionship services.

From time to time, individuals may attempt to impersonate trusted businesses or service providers.

If you receive an unexpected message, phone call, email, social media request, or financial request from someone claiming to be a Silver Companion, please do not feel pressured to respond.

If something seems unusual, simply contact Silver Companions™ directly through the contact information provided on our official website. We will be happy to help you verify the communication.

Silver Visits are intended to provide friendly conversation, meaningful connection, encouragement, and companionship.

We ask both participants and Silver Companions to communicate respectfully and maintain appropriate personal boundaries throughout each visit.

If at any time a conversation makes you uncomfortable, you may end the visit and contact Silver Companions™.

Silver Companions™ provides companionship and conversation. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, emergency services, legal advice, financial advice, home health services, or professional caregiving.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe someone may be in immediate danger, please contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.

Your comfort and trust are important to us.

If something happens during or after a Silver Visit that concerns you, or if you receive communication that does not appear consistent with these guidelines, please contact Silver Companions™ through the contact information listed on our official website.

We would much rather have you ask us about something than feel uncertain about whether a communication is legitimate.
