4. Privacy During Silver Visits™

Silver Companions™ is built around meaningful conversation and genuine human connection. We believe those conversations should be treated with dignity and respect.

Information shared during a Silver Visit™ is not routinely reported to family members simply because they purchased or arranged the service.

When appropriate and with the client's permission, Silver Companions™ may provide an authorized family member with a brief Family Connection Update. These updates are intended to provide general information about the visit rather than a detailed account of private conversations.

For example, an update might indicate that the client was engaged and enjoyed discussing gardening, music, travel, family traditions, or another general topic.

Silver Companions™ may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, or address circumstances involving an apparent immediate threat to someone's safety.

Silver Companions™ is not an emergency monitoring service.

5. Virtual Visits and Third-Party Technology

Silver Companions™ provides services virtually and may use third-party video conferencing, scheduling, email, payment, or communication platforms to facilitate our services.

When you use a third-party service, information may also be processed according to that provider's own privacy practices and terms.

We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services they use.

6. Payment Information

Payments for Silver Companions™ services may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Silver Companions™ does not intend to directly collect or store complete credit or debit card numbers when payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.

Payment processors may collect and process information necessary to complete transactions according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
